That supply is governed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), which sets the rules for work permits, contracts and labour relations, alongside each emirate's Department of Economic Development for trade licensing. Getting manpower into the UAE compliantly means understanding both sides of that framework, the source-country processes in Nepal and the receiving-side rules here, and getting every step right in sequence.

We prepare contracts and paperwork in line with UAE labour regulations, coordinating the demand and permit process within the MOHRE framework and the corresponding requirements on the Nepal side.
Visa & travel
Once approvals are in place, we manage visa lodgement, pre-departure orientation and travel arrangements so workers land in Dubai with their documentation already in order.
Deployment & on-site management
Workers are deployed to your site. Unlike a pure recruitment agency, our FM division can then take on day-to-day supervision, attendance and performance management for as long as you need it.
