Moon Treasure Facilities Management Services L.L.C is the operating entity behind Moon Treasure Group, a DED-licensed business based in Dubai with a recruitment operation rooted in Nepal. Cross-border manpower recruitment (Nepal → UAE, Turkey & Europe) and DED-licensed facilities management in Dubai. We recruit, deploy and manage your workforce. Rather than treating recruitment and workforce management as separate problems handled by separate vendors, we run them as one connected operation under a single accountable brand.

In practice, that means we recruit and trade-test workers in Nepal, manage the legal migration process through the correct Nepali and UAE channels, and supply that workforce to employers in the UAE. Where a client needs it, we also manage those workers on the ground through our own facilities-management division. The two divisions are not run as unrelated business lines: our facilities-management capability, built to serve Dubai clients directly, is also what gives the group real on-site management capacity for the manpower we deploy. Few competitors control both ends of that chain.
