We recruit, document, deploy and, in the UAE, manage workers ourselves, so the same team stays responsible across the whole process instead of a chain of vendors.

Because we recruit directly from our own Nepal pipeline, we can shortlist quickly once a role is confirmed. Actual deployment timelines depend on visa, medical and emigration processing, which we manage end to end and can give you a realistic estimate on once we know the role and destination.

Can you manage workers on-site as well as supply them?

Yes. Our facilities-management division can supervise and manage deployed teams on the ground, so the relationship doesn't end at deployment. We handle recruitment, supply and on-site management under one roof.

What does an FM contract look like: one-off or ongoing?

Both are available. We handle one-off jobs, such as a single deep clean, a repair callout or a pest treatment, as well as periodic service contracts and full annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for clients who want scheduled coverage across multiple service lines like HVAC, cleaning, MEP and landscaping.

Typically it's several weeks from a confirmed employer role to deployment, longer for specialised trades or destinations with more involved permit requirements. We can't promise every concern resolves the way you'd hope, but we do commit to looking into it and responding rather than leaving you to manage it alone.

Which authorities regulate this work?

In Nepal, the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) licenses agencies, attests employer demand, and issues worker labour permits. In the UAE, manpower supply requires a DED trade licence and a MOHRE permit, and facilities management operates under our DED trade licence. We work within both frameworks.

Costs are disclosed in writing before a worker commits to anything, employer demand is verified before a candidate is put forward, and job descriptions and terms are checked against what's actually offered at placement. Nothing is added after the fact, and we never make promises about jobs or salaries we can't stand behind.
