Moon Treasure Facilities Management Services L.L.C ("Moon Treasure", "we", "us") operates https://www.moontreasurefacility.ae and provides cross-border manpower recruitment and facilities management services. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to jobseekers, UAE employer clients, facilities-management clients, and general enquirers.

Information we collect

We only collect what you submit directly through our forms, plus limited automatic analytics:

Contact and enquiry details — name, company, email, phone number, and the message you send via our contact or quote forms.
Job application data — full name, email, phone, country, years of experience, a link to your CV, and any message you include when you apply for a role via /jobs.
CVs and supporting documents — where you upload or link a CV as part of a job application. We do not request passport or ID copies through this website; those are only collected later, directly, as part of the formal recruitment and visa process, and never over public web forms.
Basic site analytics — standard, aggregated information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location at country level, device type), used to keep the site working well. We do not use this data to build individual profiles.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry or quote request.
To assess and progress a job application, and to share relevant application details with a prospective employer once you apply for a specific role.
To deliver facilities-management or manpower services you or your employer has contracted us for.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations in the UAE and Nepal (for example, licensing, labour, and immigration requirements tied to recruitment).
To keep our records accurate and our website secure.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Employers you apply to, or who you are placed with, for the purpose of that specific role.
Service providers that host our website and database (including our hosting and database infrastructure providers), under contractual confidentiality obligations, solely to operate this site.
Regulators and authorities in the UAE or Nepal, where required by law (for example, MOHRE, DED, or DoFE-related processes).

We do not share your data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

Cross-border transfer

Because our operations span Nepal and the UAE, your data may be accessed by our team members or processed on servers in either country, and occasionally in other jurisdictions where our hosting providers operate. We take reasonable steps to keep data secure wherever it is processed.

Data retention

Enquiry and application records are kept only as long as needed to respond to you, complete a recruitment or service process, or meet a legal retention requirement — typically no longer than 24 months of inactivity, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to authorised Moon Treasure staff who need it to do their job.

Your rights

Children

Our services are intended for adults seeking employment or business services. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
