Facilities Management

Why choose Moon Treasure for facilities management

A licensed FM partner built on our own recruited, trained and managed workforce, not the outsourced labour most competitors rely on.

Overview

What actually makes an FM provider trustworthy in Dubai

Licensing and good intentions aren't enough on their own; the model behind the service is what matters.

Dubai's facilities-management market is crowded, and on paper most providers look similar: a trade licence, a services list, a promise of quality. What separates a trustworthy partner from a risky one comes down to a handful of practical things. Is the company properly licensed and VAT-registered, with invoices you can rely on for your own compliance? Are the people sent to your site actually trained for the job, rather than picked up on short notice? Can you reach someone when something breaks? And can one provider genuinely cover the range of services a property needs, from HVAC and MEP to cleaning, pest control and grounds care, without you having to coordinate five separate vendors and five separate invoices?

Most FM companies in this market don't actually employ the labour they send to your site. They broker it, drawing on a shifting pool of subcontractors and agency staff whose training and screening they don't control. That creates real inconsistency: the technician who serviced your AC last quarter may have no connection to the one who shows up next time, and quality depends on whoever the subcontractor had available that day.

Moon Treasure is structured differently. Our facilities-management division and our manpower-recruitment division sit under the same company, sharing the same recruitment pipeline. The staff we deploy on FM contracts come through the same operation that supplies workers to UAE employers. We know who is on your site, how they were vetted and how they were trained, because we're not reselling labour we don't manage. That structural difference is why clients deal directly with the people doing the work across every service line, rather than a broker sitting between them and the crew on site.

What sets us apart

The Moon Treasure difference

Structural advantages that come from owning both the manpower pipeline and the FM operation, and what that means for you day to day.

Where we're structurally different

  • DED-licensed and VAT-registered, with compliant tax invoices issued for every job
  • One team covers our full range of service lines, from HVAC and cleaning to building maintenance, MEP, pest control and landscaping, so you're not juggling multiple vendors
  • Staff sourced, screened and trained through our own manpower division, not booked in from an unrelated agency
  • A facilities division that owns its labour pipeline end to end, from recruitment in Nepal through to deployment on your site in Dubai
  • One point of contact and one contract covering every service you use, whichever team is on site

What that means on every job

  • 24/7 support for contracted clients, with prompt response to breakdowns and reactive callouts
  • Transparent, itemised contract pricing agreed upfront, with no hidden call-out fees or surprise line items
  • Flexible engagement models: one-off jobs, periodic service visits, or a full annual maintenance contract (AMC)
  • Site supervision and quality checks built into every job as standard, not added only on request
  • Regular reporting so you can see what was done, when, and by which technician
How we work

Our quality process, from first visit to ongoing account

A structured approach, not a generic promise: here's how a job actually moves from enquiry to completion.

1

Site assessment & scoping

We walk the property, assess the condition of assets and systems, and note access constraints. Once we know what you actually need, we put together a written scope and quote before any work starts.

2

Scheduled vs. reactive planning

For contracted clients, we build a maintenance calendar covering preventive, scheduled work: HVAC servicing, pest control cycles, façade and deep-cleaning rounds. We keep a reactive channel open too, for breakdowns and urgent callouts.

3

Execution with on-site supervision

Trained technicians and cleaning teams carry out the work under a supervisor who is accountable for that job. Safe methods, correct PPE and approved products are used throughout.

4

Quality checks & reporting

Every job is closed out against a sign-off checklist, with before/after documentation where relevant, so you have a record of what was completed rather than just a verbal assurance.

5

Account review & adjustment

For ongoing contracts, we periodically review frequency and scope against what the property actually needs. Service gets scaled up or down rather than left running on a fixed plan on autopilot.

Who we work with

Built for Dubai's full range of property types

Different property types need different service mixes and schedules. See how we tailor FM by industry.

Office towers need daily cleaning and washroom hygiene. Residential communities need villa maintenance and garden care. Hospitality needs guest-ready standards, healthcare needs clinical-grade hygiene, and industrial or warehouse sites need large-area cleaning and labour supply. The right FM programme looks different for every sector we serve.

FAQ

Facilities management questions, answered

Both. We handle one-off jobs, like a single deep clean, a pest treatment or a repair callout. We also run ongoing periodic contracts and full annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for clients who want scheduled coverage across multiple service lines.
