Trust & compliance

Licences & certifications

We believe trust is earned with proof. Here are the credentials that back everything we do, verifiable and available on request.

Why this matters

Why licensing and verifiable credentials matter

Dubai's facilities-management and manpower-supply market includes operators of very different levels of formality. Knowing what to check protects your business.

Dubai's facilities-management and recruitment market is large and competitive, and it isn't uniformly regulated in practice. Alongside properly licensed companies, it includes operators who trade without a valid DED licence, without VAT registration, or from addresses that can't be verified. For a client, that gap matters directly: engaging an unlicensed or unregistered supplier can create real legal, financial and operational risk, from unenforceable contracts to workers and premises that fall outside any regulatory accountability.

A DED trade licence, VAT registration, Dubai Chamber membership and an EJARI-registered office are not marketing badges. Each one is issued by a separate UAE authority for a separate reason, and together they demonstrate something a logo or a website cannot: that a company is a real, registered, tax-compliant business operating from a genuine, traceable address, and answerable to the regulators that issued each credential.

We publish ours here, in plain terms, for exactly that reason. Our DED licence, VAT/TRN, Dubai Chamber membership and EJARI registration are current and verifiable, so we say so and show it. Where a status is still being confirmed, as with our cross-border recruitment licensing, we say that too, rather than imply certainty we can't yet back with documentation.

What each credential means

Reading our credentials

What each of these registrations actually confirms about our business.

DED trade licence

A Department of Economic Development trade licence is the core legal permission to operate a business in Dubai. It confirms the company is registered, that its stated business activities (facilities management, in our case) are approved by the authority, and that it answers to Dubai's commercial regulator. A company without one isn't legally trading. Asking to see this licence, and checking the activity it covers, is the single most useful check a prospective client can make.

VAT registration (TRN)

A Tax Registration Number (TRN) issued by the UAE Federal Tax Authority means a business is registered for VAT and required to file returns and remit tax on its invoices. It's a strong signal of a business trading at a formal, above-board scale. Informal or unregistered operators typically can't produce a valid TRN, and their invoices carry no tax standing.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership

Membership of the Dubai Chamber is issued to businesses registered with the Department of Economic Development and is commonly used to support trade documentation, certificates of origin and business introductions. It's a further, independently issued marker that a company is a recognised, registered participant in Dubai's commercial economy. That's not a guarantee of quality, but it is another point of accountability.

EJARI tenancy registration

EJARI is Dubai's official system for registering tenancy contracts, run under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). An EJARI-registered office means our premises are a real, legally leased address on record with the Dubai government, not a virtual address or an unverifiable location. It's what a company needs in place to hold a trade licence and to be reachable as a genuine, physical business.

  • Cross-check our DED trade licence and company name through Dubai's official business-registration channels.
  • Confirm our VAT/TRN status through the UAE Federal Tax Authority's TRN verification service using the number shown above.
  • Verify Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership through the Chamber's own member-lookup channel.
  • For manpower-supply (MOHRE) and Nepal recruitment (DoFE) status, contact our team for the current, verifiable position before engaging us for cross-border recruitment.
